Obviously eating is the best way to gain weight. Find a proper diet with all the essentials. As for a supplement, cytogainer is a great weight gainer. I had a lot of success with it. However, I think making your own weight gainer is the best way to go. Its cheap, healthy, and tastes good. In a blender mix: whey protein, oats, natty peanut butter, a banana, and milk. You can experiment with the mixture for taste preference.

serious mass is much higher in sugar then CytoGainer. The less sugar the best, the higher sugar promotes fat gain as is just not the best thing for overall health.
the sugar/carb's are much more quality in cytogainer.
it is much easier to digest for the most part and it also contains no fructose or sucrose.
lactose free as well.
Taste is unreal, although I have only tried the mint.It has been A LOT of tubs, since I really like the stuff. If you search you can see the other flavors get a lot of good reviews as well.

Thanks,
Yea. The sugar thing I know. Its just this has the least amount of sugar compared to every gainer here. The thing that sucks living abroad is that they don't have a large selection and shipping from the US is expensive for gainers and proteins. Seems like the only brands they have here aren't the greatest. They love Muscle Tech here. Its 50% of the inventory of every store.
