Hey guys, weird question. I used to be 230 and lost 65lbs about 1.5 years ago. Right now I am 170-175ish and about 6'1-6'2 tall. I just started lifting pretty routinely. Last year about this time I was just doing mad cardio because I had a slight image problem/eating disorder. I got rail thin, though I did have abs lol, but I got over that. Right now I am putting on some muscle and still have a decent 6 pack but I still have fat on my ass. I did when I was doing crazy cardio and I do now. I am assuming its from when I was fat. The only places on my body with fat is a slight tire on my stomach and my ass. It's bothering the hell out of me.
How can I get rid of the fat on my ass? Dieting didn't kill it, neither did extreme cardio...

I wonder if lunges and 'chair work' would help you like it helps most of the girls I work out with??
The chair work is where you put your foot on the chair and just stand up and then go back down...

HIT THAT FUKCER! trust me i do it and i get the "nice ass" like no1's business i swear. and thats no ego at all. i dont care for my ass but ever since i do that machine... that machine is my friday/saturday morning workout
oh and forgot!
squats helped gimme those ass dimples... do em and stop the whining buddy i went from 250 to 168 and then up to 195
unhealthy!!!! too we all have our horror stories but we mend them and learn and benefit from them.

Unfortunatly you can't really spot streat area's, thats mostly genetic where your body starts to store and lose fat. I can't tell you how many clients I've had who tell me they "just" want to lose weight in their arms and their ass. The only really way to do is via what you eat and how much.
HOWEVER, I'm sure you have heard of the law of thermodynamics: energy is changed into the form heat, right? So when your working out your butt and it starts to get hot (go ahead and feel when no one is looking), you know that your energy (fat) is "burning" into heat energy. good luck
