Morning all, I had a home made wild blueberry muffin with breakfast this morning. The boys and I gathered the blueberries yesterday. I now have 2 gal freezer bags full of berries in my freezer! Thinking we need to get out there again before the birds and bears finish them off.

So much fruit goes to waste on my property, lol. Pears, apples, cherries, plums, blackberries. Birds eat some of it.

Very much so. But I've been so busy this week, I'm actually planning back and bi's tonight. I'm 3 days behind on my rotation. Need to use this weekend to get caught up. Still will get the sessions in just haven't been able to get there last few days.

Morning Dirties!! Get to work and movers are here to remove old desk and install a huge back counter to make room for 2 new people. Fun way to start day... rushing to get stuff moved out of their way like computers and stuff. Wish I would have known they would be here. LOL!!

mmhmmm sometimes its a process of elimination..and we figure out what it is we want to do only by taking a good hard look at what we dont want anymore..

Tracked my sleep last night Casey with hubs not in bed and got 96% efficiency. Gonna track again tonight to see if similar. Interesting app. SRS!

It gets interesting when you start switching up little things before bed and see how they affect you.

This weeks experiment is sleep length + efficiency taking 3 doses of Phenibut prior to sleep vs not dosing prior.

LOL! 94% last night. I was hitting an average of 82% before he went on midnights the other night.

Yeah it just doesn't work with both people in bed because it picks up both movements but doesn't differentiate between the individuals, so results are highly inaccurate.



Although it's kind of funny to set it up when Brianna comes over for the night and see what the results are the next morning.
Usually something around 2-3 hours of ACTUAL sleep with 40 minute to an hour intervals of being awake every couple of hours.

Seems pretty accurate lol

my week has been spent doing major overhaul cleaning on this place before classes start up again

yesterday I took every damn thing out of fridge and wiped down all shelves with hot soapy water
gee that was lots of fun


kiddo is with his dad so on plus side I can watch what I want on tv and listen to music when I want
on the minus side....I got bored with doing this by wednesday


I just might end up one of those women who go around mumbling to her cats about how the kids never call
