With more frequency you'll definitely want to lower the volume, rep range should be anywhere between 5-12 reps. Could go higher or lower if you like, imo its pointless to do so though

I hate doing legs and shoulders on the same day but it's necessary in order to get everything in twice a week.

I usually go all out on legs and don't have much energy for a great shoulder workout.

Yeah man. In football (team workouts), you meet up at the weight room and lift for like 90min then you go to the field to be subjected to hellish conditioning drills. All 3-5x a week.
