im 5-11, 160lbs. im trying to gain weight. how many almonds a day should i eat? i have the raw almonds by the way, not the salty ones.

OP you can't be srs...it doesn't even remotely matter as long as you're getting the proper amt of cals/macros...

Best thing to do is take a few and crush them into smaller pieces to trick your body into thinking it's many and the fat will be replaced by those almonds.

0.5g fat * 160lbs = 80g fat / 15g fat per oz of almonds = 5.33oz of almonds * 28 almonds per oz = 149.24 almonds
you must eat 149.24 almonds
any more will be fatal, any less and you will lose your muscles. just warning you. i used math...it's correct. don't listen to those guys.
hint: use a box cutter to cut that last 0.24 almond

Soak your nuts over night then blend with water and then drain the milk through a nut milk bag. Abracadabra, you just made almond milk.
Why chew your nuts when you can drink them.

Ever since I found a way to eat almonds(microwave it), I eat almonds as my MAIN fat source with some peanut butter. Yes, I drain them 16hours or less and when you drain them, they turn bigger in size

Almonds
It actually depends how you take it.
I am from India, here people generally take 11 to 21 full size almonds a day in morning.
But don't eat raw Almonds, it's a bit heavy on your gut.
Just soak almonds in water at night. In morning you can easily peel the skin off and eat.
That is one of the best way to have almonds.
