    Change your diet. It works.
I was once told it would be 2 years before I could even think about walking again.
    That was 6 months ago.
    I ran a mile today.
I plan to run 2 tomorrow.

Actually, the ab ripper is pretty legit. Especially if you want the cut abs/V's, seeing as how it's high intensity and it keeps your heart rate up.

Just clean up your diet a lil bit with a few cardio sessions and give it at least a good 2months. The results will come

This. Trust me, I spent a year going down the p90x avenue and it does not deliver what bodybuilding does.

    Lol

I'm going to let you all in on a little secret.

My 'before' pic on my bodyspace is AFTER over a year of doing p90x as vigorously as I could.

If I had cut down to a 6 pack back then, I'd probably have to weigh 130 lbs.

OP my suggestion is doing decline weighted ab crunches, and perfect your diet. Expose your core to heavy resistance so that you struggle to complete 10 reps.

    Insanity Workout

Slavko11, I saw the suggestion from godsamurai about dropping the P90X workout and the green coffee beans. The P90X is intensive, and many ppl are following it with success. Maybe try the Insanity workout for a change. It's a killer home workout, working well for lots of ppl. I'm injured, so sorry I can't give you a personal testimony for now. It is one worth trying if you're at an intermediate level already. Good luck on getting that 6-pack, Amigo. Here is a comparison of the two workouts that I was looking into, by the way: http://healthybodyguru.com/?s=90X+workout

1.Drop your caloric deficit down to about 250 -- 350 kcals per day.
    2. Up your cardio to at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. HIIT is extremely effective in torching body fat in less time..you can do this up to 4 days a week, but I wouldn't suggest it on consecutive days (or do different types of excercies if you do).
    3. Check your carbs. Carbs can add to lower belly bloat if taken in excess.
    4. Try to drink a gallon of water a day to flush toxins out. If toxins build up, it causes edema in the fat tissue...which also bloats your midsection.

Although, heavy training adds mass to the midsection....which may add to a bigger belly look if the fat isn't being torched off.

I know, obviously I figured that out lol. That's why 'perfect your diet' is part of the recommendation. Thanks for your additional details on how to help OP lose fat though.
