On my phone so I can't do a search (plus I'm lazy) I know it's been discussed extensively. Can you guys give me cliffs on how to fix butt winking in squats and shooting hips on deads?
I know it's generally, flexibility issue with butt winking and "start in a higher position" for shooting hips. Is that about all I can try?IIFYM - not even once.

See if the wink disappears with you holding a 10lb plate in front of you and arms extended. If the wink disappears then it's an anterior core issue.
And just saying "flexibility" is kind of vague. It's tough to address the hip tuck when you don't know where you're lacking. Also, what is the degree of the hip tuck and how deep is it occurring? If you're going ATG then stop. If the degree of hip tuck is slight then it might be natural to your body.

Low bar vs high bar squat in regards to hypertrophy does it make a difference?

335 for a triple. Not too shabby. My technique and flexibility needs work still but I was kind of happy with it. Lifting status is slowly being reached.

I usually squat in my Adidas shoes (identical to Eric Lilliebridge's except I have red laces) but they're too dirty to wear into the gym because of the winter, so I've had to go back to my Lunars for the time being, which suck for squatting but I like them for front or SSB squatting. I used to squat barefoot but I abandon ship on that. I need new gym shoes badly. I was in the US and saw Adipure Trainers for $40 and didn't get them like an idiot. Big regret.

I tried to do 350 for a triple on Saturday.. Got 2 and got stuck in the hole on the third.. Had to bail on the weight.. #FeltBad
