Today was shoulder day, so I kinda wanted to see where I was on the military press to see if that Misc contest was something I really might try.

Warmed up, then did 3x135, 3x145, 1x155, then failed at 165, and then 8x135.

155 wasn't too bad but then I couldn't get past the sticking point on that 165. It was stuck there for a 2-3sec before I put the bar back down. But I think I'll lose more strength as I cut more too. So not sure I'll even try that Misc contest since I figure I'd probably need 165+ to place. I don't really want to change my workouts to focus on OHP either.

And there's already a guy in the 165lb class that put up 171.

Can never workout with a hat on, sweat too much.

I actually like wearing a hat now, it keeps the sweat off my forehead.

I bought some camp dry spray and sprayed it all over my hat. So far so good, none of that dried up sweat residue after the hat dries up.
