The product contain CLA (a trans fatty acid and a cis fatty acid). If you want to waste your money on that supplement, go ahead.

I think 'Halal' is in regards to being 'safe to eat' under Islamic/middle-eastern religious dietary restrictions. Like if the capsules are made of gelatin from pork.

But seriously though OP, supplementing with CLA is a huge waste of money
