Flat chest press Vs Incline chest press

A few people have told me to start with incline first, but does it really help with growth, more than flat chest press?

After reading this article im slightly confused (take out the < )
    www<.gainingweight.info/incline-vs-flat-bench-press-for-best-chest-growth/

I am just wondering if anyone with experience that has tried this method can let me know what results they found when doing it.

    Thank you for your time!

To be honest I don't feel the burn in my Chest when doing the Flat Press. I only feel it in the front Delts which is why I tend to stick with Incline+Decline.

Edit: ^ about Barbell Press sorry. Dumbbell is much nicer

I'd go flat personally, or dumbbell.

Never feel chest with incline barbell, feel it a little with flat barbell. Mostly with dumbbell though.

flat focuses on the pecs as a whore vs incline is more upper chest focosed

now you want overall chest development so do not worry about your chest looks at this level, hit your chest hard starting with flat and incorporate incline for a year to build some starting descent size and strength then focus on muscle shape/proportion

i know that Dorian Yates would recommended you start of by focusing your energy firstly with decline chest press, this apparently uses not just your lower pec but your upper pec just as well, better than both incline and flat.

Just switch off every week what you start with.
Do incline first then flat. Next week do the opposite.
    Switch to dumbbells occasionally.
    Bench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)
    Squat 600 (predators + frantz canvas) / 441lbs
    Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) /578lbs

depending on ur goals and how long you have been lifting... if beginner then jst focus on getting a good strength base and start with flat bb first.

its always good to switch things up too, so dont be afraid one day to do incline first or decline

once you have a good base jst use the priority principle.... if you upper chest is lacking then start with incline until it starts to even up.

Normally incline is a persons weaker exercise.. if you want to increase your strength in a certain exercise, do it first and overload the muscle on that exercise.

I do incline first in all my chest workouts unless its a switch up day then i do decline first.. I never really start with a flat press unless i am feeling lazy, Lol !
