actually bro it's because I used to never do deads. look back through all those sponsored journals last year and I bet I did them ten times so legs then back was never and issue. now I'm hooked and getting dem dere deads up is the only way to keep up with metal on the big three

he's at 1360 confirmed
im at 1240 confirmed-could prolly add 35 to this if I knew what I was doing when it comes to 1RM's but I'm learning
the crazy thing with both MM and RB is their rapid progression rate. and there's big E with his ridiculous weight and volume. and raigs with his sick ass recovery sessions. and ken and jshaw race to Olympia status. And Josh with dominating every other manlet on the planet. and KoH for contest prep. and the absentee DE for just plain BAMF status. pretty sure I just blew all my regulars so come at me. oh and then there's my 71 year neighbor that smokes everyone in here and amazons on top of that225OHP/315B/420S/505D

Easy. I use the same ramp up for max attempts on the big 3, although I don't max much.
1. Have the number in mind that you want to hit (e.g., 315 on flat bb bench).
2. Ramp up by 10%
...
225 x 3 (70%)
255 x 1 (80%)
285 x 1 (90%)
---- rest for at least 5 minutes ----
315!!!!
3. If the max attempt was fairly easy, add on weight (say +10 on bench, +20 on squat/deadlift), rest another few minutes, and repeat!## chillin at home crew
