    Workouts for bodybuilding vs powerlifting

    I was just wondering whats the LENGTH difference of bodybuilding workouts versus powerlifting workouts?

    For example is bodybuilding 60-90 minutes, where as powerlifting is 100 minutes to 120 minutes?

    Depends?

    Heavy sets do require more resting time. Then again, "bodybuilder" routines often have a ****ton of exercises and sets that also take time.

    So would 60 minutes to 90 minutes be optimal for a bodybuilder, or more like 2 hours is better?

    Cause im not chasing strength, im going after the physique of a bodybuilder

    Powerlifting workouts can be fifteen minutes or 5 hours. Bodybuilding workouts can be 30 minutes or 5 hours. It all depends.

    It depends on the program and what day it is. On my volume day, I can take almost 2 hours, on recovery day, 45 minutes. I suppose it's more of a powerlifting program. The same could be true for bodybuilding routine.
