I am considering taking a fat-burner for a little bit of a boost, but wanted to get some opinions first. Have any of you taken them and if so which brand would you recommend? Do they work? Is it a waste of money, etc? Please share opinions?

Fat Burners - Yay or Nay?
Modesty is the most attractive thing on a woman. With that said, don't expect bikini pics of me plastered all over the Internet any time soon :)

all about diet /10
Can give you a little boost if your diet is in order. The only thing needed to lean out is a solid diet. I'm on a cut and haven't touched a treadmill in 5 months.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

First off, thank you.
Secondly, you just have to decide if it is something that you really want or not. It's up to you and you alone to decide. You have full control of your body, and what goes into it. Go check out the nutrition section and read up a little for some pointers. Good luck.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Best fat burner is EC stack.
Check www.hotnfit.com ... For more info
But nothing will work if ur diet is not in place. And u r not doing proper training . Use a combination of HIIT and high volume resistance training for optimal results

Cardio is not recommended with an EC stack, as said before. Fat burners don't really work very well in my opinion. Why spend money on what you can get through a solid diet and hard work?
