    Best supplement(s) for increasing strength?

I'm wondering what the best supplements are that help with gaining strength. I'm currently using Purple-K by Fusion Bodybuilding and have found great strength gains from this.

Does Beta-alanine help with increasing strength? what else?

    Thanks in advance.

Beta-Alanine is great for increase in strength, and endurance. Combined with creatine, even better.

There is a lot of research showing beta alanine increases anaerobic strength.

On top of BA, I would look into intra workout supplements that capatilize on recovery and anabolism. I've always gotten great strength gains from X Factor as have others.

High doses of efa's never hurt anyone and lots of whole food.

Nice, I was actually just looking at picking up some bulk CM by Supplement Direct for adding it to my intra-workout cocktail...

How many grams are recommended for best results? as well, with CM I have heard the pumps are great on this stuff...

caffiene will help you temporarily lift more wieght but will help you in the long run. also virtigo or something with carbs in it may help you lift more bc if your glycogen stores are NOT full your body isn't working up to potential

but how has the purple k been going strenth wise? i'm finishing up some mono now and was looking for a change.

CM is the shizznit. I used 4-6g in my pre/intra-workout drink, and I get insane pumps. Some people use 10+, but I don't have the money for it. 4-6 is enough for me, but then again, I'm also only 140 pounds...

Is taking creatine, BA, and CM all at once a good idea, or is that overkill?

just watch your doses... most pre-WO supps hide that combo in a proprietary blend, so it's definitely worthwhile to dose 'em all.

Purple-K has been amazing strength wise. I think that the word "amazing" is an understatement actually, it's that good. The first week I used Purple-K the amount that I could DB Press went up a good 60lbs I believe it was (the first time using it, it went up 30lbs) Purple-K along with a good diet will produce some great results!

One sec, I'm going to find the review that I made of it, here it is:

Sounds good, let me know how it goes for you. Also if you haven't heard about Fubar by Fusion Bodybuilding, I'd look into that cause stacking Fubar + Purple-K is sweet.

Fubar looks pretty good for the price. I just ordered two 240-capsule bottles of NeoVar creatine about a week ago, so I'll have to wait for the Purple-K, but I'll definitely consider Purple-K + Fubar in a few months.

    Tribulus alatus [T-bol].

Results: All tested extracts showed [significant] increase in the level of free serum testosterone when compared to that of corresponding control, p < 0.05. Statistical comparison of all groups revealed that the maximum level was found in groups treated with chloroformic and ethanolic fractions of fruits extract.

Conclusion: Tribulus alatus extract appears to possess aphrodisiac activity due to its androgen increasing property. http://www.scielo.br/pdf/ibju/v33n4/v33n4a15.pdf

    MAN Clout

People say MAN Clout really helps strength and endurance. It's a creatine with beta alanine and citrulline malate. Lots of positive reviews brah!

Unfortunately, I'm the wrong guy to ask [seeing how I do not supplement creatine]. For what it's worth, if creatine elicited the results that T-BOL has for me.... I'd be a creatine junkie.

I see. Was just trying to compare it to something that is commonly used.

Oops , tbol is another "product" that sounds like the name of a AAS that really is a supplement
IMHO supplement companies only make themselves look bad when they name thier products after AAS
