Hi guys
i never tried to do bodybuilding
i train kickboxing and we only do push ups and simple workouts without machines or anything like that
i'm not trying to show my torso , i was born with that back like that , what do you think about it guys ? what do i need to make it better ?

I'm almost positive you don't eat as much as you say... If you truly can't eat more then invest in a mass gainer! Or just take two whey protein shakes with milk! And it'll put you around 500 cal surplus.
Just log everything you eat for the week and it'll tell you how many calories you consume.•••Long Live Skilzzy Krew•••

You can actually describe how much food you eat in a day. Give me an average day of what you eat and I bet you you're not eating near enough. You need to break up, you're too small right now, you look brittle and for kickboxing IMO you have a high chance of breaking bones because they don't have a lot of protection.

Try an app like myfitnesspal. It is free and you can scan in what you eat or search and find it quickly. You may not be getting as many calories as you think. Then add a few hundred extra calories a week until you start noticing weight gain. Make sure you are lifting heavy weights (for you) so that you do not just go on the dreamer bulk of peace.
