    Hand thickness?

    Hello,

    I was wondering if somebody could recommend an exercise to increase the thickness of the hand/palm

    When you are about to go to sleep make sure you fall asleep laying on your arm. When you wake up and you can't feel the arm you were sleeping on get up and start doing hand smacks against your wall. It will be hard cause you wont feel your arm, so make sure you grab the wrist of your other arm thats still awake and just keep smacking it against the wall. When you're done just throw it in the bathtub, mix with some oats, maybe some whey and after a few cycles of this you will have a hand that rivals those foam cut outs you see at sporting events.

    the thing is i have very thin/bony hand and when i shake hands with females so i have the same grip as they do; thus, that is the reason i would like to get some meat on my hands so i could feel more like a man....

    You may be able to slightly increase the thickness of your hands by working on your grip. For example, holding heavy dumbells/barbells when working your back or traps. Even if your hand thickness does not improve, your grip should be the main concern. You can't really change the size of your hands, but you can deff. change the strength of them.

    you do know that there are no muscles in the hand right?
    just get bigger so you look better then noone will be arsed about your hand size, when you shake hands take a proper grip and shake like a man (when shaking hands with another man that is). When shaking hands with a woman, however, just look into her eyes and kind of caress her hand rather than actually shake it - make sure her hand is in your hand and not the other way around. Unless you're shaking hands with a woman that you're not trying to screw - in which case just shake hands normally.

    There is a possibility that the fat pads in your hands could increase as you get older and they get used more, but it really should be the least of your worries.

    I think you need to learn to be a bit more confident in yourself mate, there are many things you can do to get females where you want them.e

    The only real muscle you can develop is the one between your thumb and fore finger. Grip exercises build these up.

    General hand thickness is mainly related to genetics and secondarily to hard work. I did a lot of construction work when I was growing up mostly in the summers when school was out.

    Heavy Deads, Heavy Shrugs, Heavy rows.... After about 6 mos of rippetoes my GF said that my hands were more muscular. I cant really tell anything but thats what she says, I just see calluses.
