I was curious to see how our progress was stacking up towards the overall goal, so I did a bit of number crunching...

honestly, that's really impressive. a lot higher than i was figuring. and we'll probably get a few more people contributing itt as the year progresses. it's still only the 2nd month, so it stands to reason that our numbers will go up over the next 10.5 as "word gets out" or as new miscers join.

For me it depends. I work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and I'll do chins every day I work out. If I get 150 unweighted in one workout I usually cant get that much in the next workout and I'll stick to 100-125.
What I've started doing is doing 50 unweighted as a warm up (across 2-3 sets) and then during my workout do 5X5 with +35. That 150 was from last week, once I do chins with my workout tonight I'll update for the week's total. (Trying to work up to 5X10 with +35 but it'll take awhile haha)B: 320

Ya, I know it. I want to bulk up a bit and add a good amount of mass (over time) so I'm enjoying getting a lot of chins in while I can haha. I'm thinking hopefully with a slow bulk it'll give my lats time to keep up. So far so good

Thanks man, appreciate it. Three months ago I could only get out 50 BW chins a workout. I don't know what happened..switching to doing chins every day made my lats explode. Another thing that helped was doing 50 unweighted as a warm up in addition to the chins I was planning on doing during the workout. Keep it up and you'll definitely get thereB: 320
