Question how to make your abs show more

I have a 4 pack but barely shows I don't have lines to seperate them yet. I swim do all ab work outs and make them harder and just started playing water polo for my Jr year
I'm 16 and I'm 6'3 I'm not fat, if anything I want to gain more weight my fat percentage is 4%I'm 150 and have skinny arms. What can I do to get the lines of separation and have my abs show more

You sir are the only man in the world that is 4% bf and doesnt have abs.

Anyways, your way off with your bf% estimate.

Just keep training them. Heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts will surely add some mass to your abs.

Wtf you're almost a foot taller than me and now that I'm 145 I'm 3 pounds away from you, just bulk... and if you were 4% body fat you would have abs

read all the stickies man. Abs are muscles, there are two ways to make them more visable, make them bigger/grow, or lose some more fat on top of them. If you lose fat, you'll look like a skinny starving kid, but technically yeah you'll have abs. If you bulk (you'll get a bit fatter) and build some muscle, then cut the fat later, you'll look better but this takes a lot more work and time, and is riskier cause you could in theory become fat. Good luck op
