Do any of you guys sub to his YT channel or watch him?
I watch his full day of eating videos from time to time. Just wondering how the hell his Youtube channel became so popular. Looks like he started about 2 years ago (thats his oldest upload) and he now has over 50k subs.
I've had my channel for about a year and a half and only have 2.5k subs. Strange!

I see him many times, i think some fitness models named him many times in videos, if i remember well, idk. Thats why. Also look Brandon Campbell, he has 75k subs in his channel, but he have been on youtube for about 7 years now with different channels. It depends how lucky you're.

It probably comes down to the quality of the videos, you put up some good videos shreddy, but you need to invest into some equipment such as a better camera, microphone. Rather than using your mobile phone to record most things.
You get out what you put in IMO. I do like your channel btw, it was just some constructive criticism"Quit being a lil' bish!" - Ogus

Thanks mate, this is the type of feedback I need.
Im actually looking into getting a new camera, just don't know which to get!
In terms of my video content, and video style, is tehre anything you'd recommend me doing different for example? Or do you think its more of a technical quality issue?http://www.shreddybrek.com

He does quite a lot of the full day of eating videos to be fair especially when prepping, including refeeds etc, and if they weren't filmed solely on his mobile phone, they'd be 10x better.
Things to do maybe are Q and A's, form videos, tips for certain body parts etc. Maybe look at your favourite subs and see what makes you subscribe to them man."Quit being a lil' bish!" - Ogus

I enjoy watching videos from fitness models, bodybuilders, etc. I really enjoy videos where they give their own opinions on lifting things, like Brandon Campbell. Then others inspirationals like "Value your name from Christian Guzman". And after those lifting videos like Matt Ogus, Brandon Campbell, Christian Guzman, etc.
Your mic has a good quality so don't bother in buying one, go for a camera.
Other question. I'm really interested in starting my youtube channel this summer but i'm shy to start recording in the gym, weren't you?-Instagram: LucasMoyanoF - Follow Back Crew

When I first started yes, i thought people would thing i was a dick for filming. However this was because i had just joined a new gym. If its a gym I went to regular i wouldn't give a ****. Now for example i don't care about filming.
I like to think that i give my own take and opinion on my diet , training etc. Pretty much every video I say this is what I DO. Might not work for you, you might disagree, but im just sharing what i do and what works for me currently, I never claim its the best way.
So I suppose if i continue that, along with the eating videos, and just upgrade the camera.
Any other suggestions? Also, any subs would be appreciated and if you can share it with your friends etc http://www.youtube.com/shreddybrek
Here are some more of my recent videos:
Over 1k views, but only 15 likes (2 dislikes, dem haters) and only 2 comments :/
My videos usually get a decent amount of likes in comparison to the views they get (albeit, my average video only has a few hundred views each) but comments seem to be pretty low.
I really wanna grow the channel and get it as popular as possible. My main target are teenagers, hence why im here asking what you guys wanna see!http://www.shreddybrek.com
