    best pre-workout for mass?

I know the whole pre-workout thing has been addressed a million times on here, but all i could really find was people looking for energy..

So what is the best pre-workout for muscle growth? I'm not looking for something loaded with stimulants.. I'm currently taking the M5 because of it's muscle growth inhibitors i guess.. but the price is a little much for what it does.. i feel that i can pay alot less for the same thing. So i've done some looking around on here and came up with XCEED and Universal's Shock Therapy.. are these also good for muscle growth? they seem to have alot of supplements in them, but i know nothing about nutrition so i don't know what alot of the stuff in them are, which is why i'm here lol.

Is there anything else you would recommend that isn't necessarily stimulant based? I have nothing against stimulants but muscle growth is my main concern, not energy

    Thanks Guys!

pre workout products WILL NOT give you mass

    food will

so a pre workout for mass would be a nice solid meal

Pre workouts make you burn more calories. They may get you more amped and perhaps lift more, but in the end you have to up your calories and protein if you wanna gain.

Ideally my man, you would want something with a lot of Creatine, NO, Glutamine, BCAA's.

My suggestion, although cliche and you may think I'm retarded, but Superpump 250.

If you look at the formula, it is one of the most complete pre-workouts on the market.

It contains, Creatine, tons of Arginine (NO) Glutamine, BCAA's , Glutamine, Taurine, Tyrosine. It's really good, i would recommend taking 2 scoops pre workout, consuming some creatine post workout, with some Carbs, 50g's of protein.

    GL

    This was my 1000 post....feelsgoodman.

Well, now that you contributed to this thread how about you answer his question. He is looking for a pre-workout that will help him gain mass. Clearly, consuming food is the most anabolic thing he could do in order to increase calories, proteins, fats, carbs...resulting in more mass. However, instead of picking people's opinions and posts apart, why not contribute to this thread in a positive way. Please feel free to reply with a solid answer that makes you a positive contribution.

Or...you can continue to wander posts looking for short jabs and zingers to nail people on as this makes you feel superior in some way.

Sure. Superpump250 sucks. mmm tons of arginine...please

Presurge unleashed or superpump max will be the best preworkouts for MASS. He will work out harder on these, which will result in more gains.
