Jason's just Jason and thats not gonna change. He has an excuse. But this Jesse Ventura guy has perhaps one of the worst builds ive seen. Not a bodybuilder by any stretch. He looks more like a Jersey Shore douce like Mike the Situation then a bodybuilders body. Saw him in contest condition. Was not impressed whatsoever, even as an amateur he'd get blown away on 99% of stages.

What deluded? I think guys who go round posing and congratulating each other are the worst kind. The only talking we do is a bit of encouragement during a set. Thats why he looks like sh*t. Hes too busy bigging himself up and looking in the mirror to realize hes doing a horrible training routine and doing it badly. Honestly mate the worst kind of gym tw*t. You should try to surround yourself with better.

I guess I don't see anything wrong with being proud of what you're doing in the gym. When you carry that outside the gym, it's too much. But in the gym, pose and 'mire yourself all you want. You have every right to feel that you look great and be proud of it.

Once he learns nutrition, it may be possible for him. Also, I'm pretty sure he doesn't do cardio - not even pre contest. Not on any video I've ever seen anyway. And I don't know how true, but a LOT of people have said he does do those "supplements" you speak of. I guess his diet just sucks so bad it doesn't make a difference.

A little bit of that is ok if youre actually good. This guy is clueless and isnt good. He woukd go a lot further in bodybuilding if he was humble, realised he has a lot of work to do a put his energy into improving rather than reaffirming his own hype. I see it all the time. I will never go pro and im not trying to but i would embarass that guy in the gym. Maybe thats what he needs.
