Yes it is. It was completely a conscious choice to eat carbs instead of a fat source, and your reasoning is quite flawed anyway since fats are more satiating that carbs. If you think it's hard you need to expand your food choices. If you choose not to do it that's a completely different story.

That's why I was asking for a sample. On low cals like that, I don't eat very many carbs and those carb sources usually are sources of fiber too.

It looked so scared and submissive that I felt kind of bad for it, and I stuck my hand up to it's nose and was going to pat it on the head. Then the little SOB tried to take my hand off.

Its crappy owners, good owners will smack the dog on the nose or punish them for poor behavior. All the small dog owners i know are bad owners who let the dog walk all over them and do not know any commands. Mine had bad habits after i found him but ignoring him and taps on the nose quickly fixed that.
The only thing mine does is hump the ever loving hell out of my arm, he should at least buy me dinner first
