muscle spasms/twitching after a workout

Hey guys.

I had an awesome work out earlier today but now my right tricep is twitching. It doesn't hurt or anything.
I don't train the same muscles more htan once a week, expect abs which i do 3 times a week.

Did I overtrain or is this normal?

Does anybody else get muscle spasms/twitching after workouts?

Don't sweat it, muscle twitching is an involuntary response that has to do with calcium leaks in the cells of the muscle...it'll go away and it doesn't mean that you over trained.

Should I do something about this? Maybe take a hot bath? Massage? Go to sleep?

Nope, nothing in particular. Your body will deal with it on it's own, there's nothing you can really do to fix it, it's just a physiological occurrence that comes and goes.
