Go to the kitchen. Grab a spoon. A big one. Shove it in the jar of coconut oil, and scoop out a bunch. Put it in your coffee. Now do that again, and possibly a third time. Open a pint container of heavy whipping cream, and pour half of it in. Now sweeten it with actual sugar. Lots of it.

how do you guys go about dealing with the flu? Hit me like a truck last night and I'm bed-ridden today.

our family's general practitioner (took care of my mom as a kid and also me and my sister) tends to veer towards more "holistic" approaches for low-grade stuff like colds/flus, etc... i still get my flu shot, but whenever i get that feeling coming on, I take 10,000 IU of Vitamin D... I never get worse after it, and 99% of the time I get better. If you look into it, Vitamin D is supposed to help with immune system anyway, so I take 5,000 IU a day anyway. just don't take it at night, it messes with melatonin secretion

So does anybody have any insider info on why wrist wraps have jumped in price so much? Did some crossfit person recommend that everybody get wraps and this is like a douchebag tax or something?

FREAKING USPS SUCKS PENIS!
So I call up the usps phone to change the delivery address and they tell me to call the greensboro consumer affairs, okay cool, but then I call greensboro consumer affairs and the freaking machine tells me to call the same number I called first, so I call them, and theyre like no only greensboro consumer affairs can handle it. WTH ****S GET IT TOGETHER NO WONDER YOU WASTE SO MUCH MONEYI don't care.
