    Cr5 Creatine Tablets

GNC carries this new product "Cr5". It's a tablet form creatine that is supposedly the new hot thing. Does anyone know anything about this? I can't even find anything about it online and it runs for almost $90 for a bottle of 60/2xdaily. So basically just a months worth.

    Buy Omega Thunder.

Its GNC you are talking about after all, so the price is natually 2X elevated.

$90 is pretty harsh. Omega Thunder has been great for me as well as using bulk CEE. You could get a good supply of both and still save from what you pay over there.

I'm not looking to buy it. I just want to know about it because I can't find anything on it online. Kind of makes me wonder. I'm about to start dieting anyway so creatine won't be anywhere near me for awhile. I just want to be educated is all.

Again, if you know anything about this product let me know.

why drop creatine cos your dieting?

if your going to cut, you can still take creatine..i do and i dont notice any problemns..i havent lost weight in a few weeks but i gain lean mass which has been very noticable.
the added cardio will reduce any bloating you might experience...or just sit in a sauna a little bit and youll sweat out water weight related to creatine...im sure theres no evidence for this but it works for me

Stay on the creatine and stay away from GNC.

With a name like Cr5 I bet it is a creatine blend.

    cr5 works

Friend has been using CR5 for 3 months and has gained 15 pounds of lean muscle. I know this stuff works plus it doesnt have the side effects of Creatine Monohydrate.

    Cool Cr5 works for real

Cr5 cost me 42 dollars at GNC in California because I knew the owner. I was in Football last year when I started using Cr5 my max bench in the summer was 225 and I was a 6'5ft 255 pound lineman for my school. When I started using Cr5 i notice my bench shoot up. Nearly 10 pounds a week I was surprised. By the end of the summer I benched nearly 300 pounds, I only took Cr5 it was simply amazing. I took me a year to get 225 and 3 months to get 300 pounds up with Cr5. My friends wanted to use it but gnc didnt have any where I live since I live in Washington. But it really does work I recommend it alot. no lies.

    cr5 creatine

alright first of all .... these people that are telling u to stay away from gnc are retarded ... gnc prices are higher because they are the only people to test all their products b4 putting them on the market ... costly thing to do but better for us ... number 2 go at the beginning of the month prices are lowered pretty much lowered to everyone elses... u go their a lot get a gnc card even more saving for u ... and last but not least the reason u cant find anything on cr5 is because it is made by a privately owned company ... it is good stuff ... the prices are expensive but u get what u pay for ... the creatine is great ... i just bought my first cycle... ill explain to u how it works ... the creatine DOES NOT make u bloated like all other creatine!! which is awesome so when u get off u dont lose a lot of gains ... it wont make u swoll and puffy but more lean muscle results and will make u more cut ... mix it with no2 black a great product to stack any creatine with it makes the creatine work so much better because it works with the creatine in delivery to ur muscles to stack these 2 may be expensive but is one of the best simple stacks u can do ... i hope i helped ... GNC is great like i said u have to pay for a good product ... other stores dont even get the cr5 .... ill keep u posted if u want how i like it

The low down on creatine for you.

Creatine Monohydrate will cause more water retention in your muscles, you may feel bloated. I never have but some people do.

Creatine Ethyl Ester, Kre-A Creatine cause no or litte water retention.

your gains will be the same on either one.
creatine is creatine, it is used to restore your ATP cells, no 'type' would give you better gains because you can only have a certain level of creatine in your system

CR5 is actually $70 at GNC, and with a gold card it's $56. They also price match and beat anyone by a dollar. Who likes waiting for stuff online? Do you trust buying it from somebody on Ebay? (not to mention the ability to talk to an actual human being that is knowledgeable).

Yes CR5 is a legit creatine magnapower formula. Nano.ix said it best.

i used cr5 for 2 months straight, i only took one dose a day 20 minutes before i lifted. along with a good diet, cr5 helped get my bench from 275 to 325. also my squat went from 435 to 475. along with a significant increase in power clean.
