Ok, so I am on a 3x a week split like below, but my main queston is, Is it ok to work legs and Abs the same day if your hitting them hard? My leg routine is on the bottum...
Monday=chest and tris
Wednesday=Legs and Abs
Friday=Back shoulders and bis
LEGS AND ABS
Squat 5x5
Lunges 3x15 steps
Leg Curls 3x10
Calve Raises 3x12-15
Weighted Crunches 3x15
Legs Raises 2x amap
Rope Crunches 2x8-12

I work out legs and abs on the same day and its perfectly fine.
