- Whole Wheat Bread is the #1 food to NEVER eat (:29)

In any event if we took the time to point out every bad article and video online on bodybuilding related topics we would literally have no time to sleep becuase we would be copy/pasting links 24 hours a day. If you want to change the community find your way to make a positive impact to put out better information, interact directly wtih the community, discuss these topics with bros and work on bringing them into a different way of thought.
