We had so much food on Thanksgiving that basically nobody ate the turkey. So I washed my hands, dug in, and pulled off every piece of meat on this 18-20 pound turkey. I've been eating pounds of turkey for the last 4 days.

2500 is average for a male my age and size. So. I average about 2100/day. Burn another 500+ with cardio every single day..... So 1600 net calories........ For a relatively lean 26 y/o male with decent LBM........

I've demolished 2 x 14-15 lb turkeys since last Thursday. First one I had a little help from my visiting sister, but not much. I should be sick of it, but it still sounds way better than the chicken breasts I have in my freezer.

I cook a turkey like ever 3 months. Eat half and freeze half. If you can handle the insane sodium without exploding, it's such an awesome meat.
