So normally i do my sets on bench with 135 10 reps. But the last 2 weeks i havent been able to do it 10 times sometimes ill get lucky on the first set but then even with dumbells i usually use 45s and lately even just 40s are hard. Nothing about my diet has changed and im losing weight and strength i have lost 10 pounds in the last week and a half. Now im sure some of that was water weight but not all of it. If you have any ideas of why this is happening please let me know!

Did you just stop taking creatine?
And maybe its time for a week off.. Remember your not growing when your working out. Your growing when your resting and rebuilding. Take a week break and come back strong and ready.
If the problem keeps up, see a doctor! Because you never know it might be a serious issueftw
