    Question Name This Equipment?

I was at a local gym with a buddy of mine and used this bar to workout, sorta like a hex bar but its square like a box and would like to buy one for home but no idea what its even called. If you know what it is called please help me out, thanks advance.

I think it's just another trap bar. I remember many years ago, Perry Rader used to advertise a round one in the old Iron Man magazine.

I want to buy one but can't find one anywhere online to even buy it.

What exercises did you do with it? Did it provide any advantages over a conventional trap (hex or diamond) bar?

Edit: I just remembered a discussion from darkfact's Sorinex Diamond Bar Review. A U-shaped piece of equipment was mentioned there. It's not exactly as you describe, but it may be close. Anyway, it's called a Rickshaw.

    Interesting.

Any particular reason you want this style of trap bar instead of easier-to-find hex bars or diamond bars?
