Tuesday: Back and Bi's
PWO: 1 1/2 scoops of Nano Vapor Blue Raspberry *This seems to be my sweet spot*
IWO: 1 scoop of Blue Raspberry Amino Recovery
2x Reverse Grip Pull Downs:
2x sets of 100 to warm up
Car Deadlifts:
1x 225lb 10 rep
1x 315lb 10 rep
2x 415lb 6, 5 rep (Felt drained today since I started working at the factory yesterday.)
Row Machine:
2x sets of 180lb 10-12 rep each set. (Slow and controlled)
V-Bar Rows:
2x 140lb 12, 12 rep
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns:
2x 120lb 10,12 rep
Single Arm Pulldowns:
2x 60lb 10-12 rep
Bicep Curls:
1x 25lb warm up
2x 35lb 12, 11 rep
21's
2x sets with a 50lb Ez-Bar
Reverse Grip Ez-Bar Curls:
2x 55lb 10-15 reps
Comments:
Felt really good after this workout. Kind of bummed I didn't do that well on the dead lifts but my legs feel like jello from standing on a concrete floor for approximately 10 hours. I believe it effected my workout because my legs and lower back were aching by the time I got off work. Still got my workout in though so I am feeling better!Free Agent

Yeah I just always hate when I start losing reps on certain exercises. Makes me feel like all that hard work goes to nothing since you have to work harder to get back to where you just were.

Haha no man if you look on the 2nd page I posted a picture of what it looks like. It basically is the same set up they use to deadlift cars but the one at my gym is a weighted car dead lift where you put plates on. I don't think I would ever be able to deadlift a car lol.

Thursday: Chest and Triceps
Pre-workout: 1 1/2 scoop of Nano Vapor Blue Raspberry
Intra-workout: 1 scoop of Amino Recovery Blue Raspberry
Barbell Bench Press:
1x 135lb warm up
3x 205lb 9, 9, 8 rep
1x 225lb 5
Incline Dumbbell Press:
2x 70lb 9, 8 rep
Incline Dumbbell Flies:
2x 40lb 10-15 reps (slow and controlled)
Flat Dumbbell Flies:
2x 40lb 10-15 reps (slow and controlled)
Rope Pull Downs:
2x 120lb 12, 10 rep
V-Bar Pull Downs:
2x 140lb 10-12 rep
Skull Crushers:
2x 70lb 12, 10 rep
*Did a super set on these last 2 exercises. Took no rest in between sets.*
BW Dips:
2x sets of BW dips
Dumbbell Kick Backs:
2x 20lb 10-14 reps each set

Yeah man when I first got started into lifting I was a complete tool and would always worry about the weight I was using rather then the form lol.
Yeah a lot of my friends from college do the same thing. I always try and correct there form on most exercises but it gets annoying constantly trying to teach people how to do things properly. So half the time I just kind of ignore it now since most people don't want to actually listen to the advice you are giving them.
will be posting my shoulder / bicep workout here shortly before work or possibly even after depending on what time it is after I am done getting my stuff packed for work.Free Agent

4x 185lb (2x 25lb chains on each side) 8-12 reps each set.
Leg Press Machine:

2x 605lb 10, 7 rep
Hack Squat:
2x BW + 90lb 8-15 rep
Leg Extensions:
2x 110lb 10-15 rep
1x drop set (100lb, 60lb, 40lb) 10-15 each set.
Calf Raises:
3x 135lb 10-20 rep
