Juggernaut2 - week 1 - OHP - 10's Wave
OHP-4 x 10@105, 1 x 12@105 (video below)
2.5 Board Press-205 x 10@9, 185 x 10@8.5, 185 x 10@9
TBar Row- 3plates x 10@8, 3plates x 10@8, 3 plates x 10@8.5
DB Curls-40 x 10@8.5, 40 x 10@9
MISC
Not bad on overhead press. Shoulders and Tris were still sore from chest day so it was a bit tough. Leaving 3 or so in the tank in the video.
I'm just trying to get an idea of what weights to be using hence the odd numbers and RPE for TBar and DB curls. Next week I'll start with 3p+35 on tbar and 45 for DB curl and go from there. The first week is always tough finding your numbers.
2.5 board press felt really good, i'm excited to add this. Undecided on whether I'm going to go in for an accessory day tomorrow as the DOMS all over my body is brutal. I'll foam roll like hell tonight and see what I think.★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

i agree with the temptation to cheat when using one arm... but then again if you focus it isn't too bad. i miss the HS machines SO MUCH here in OK, we had a lot of them in TN and they were my fav's for accessory work. not i gotta deal with precor and nautilus machines, some of which are alright, some not so much... in 4 more vids!

I would go with the S3. I just picked up the Galaxy Nexus myself and I'm liking it so far. It all comes down to preference, of course, and what you will be using it for. The S3 has a way larger screen than the iPhone 5, etc, etc. So many factors.

I don't really have any experience with precor or nautilus but it is what it is! Us bodybuilders are so needy
Stop mind effing me! I was originally going to go with the s3 but I've had android for the past two years and prior to that I had the original iphone. The larger screen actually does appeal to me in on regard, when I text my fat fingers hit multiple buttons so that would help. But like Bob said, the larger phone has it's downfalls to me to (based on size). I really don't think I'll be upset either way, but I'll probably always wonder what the other one would be like lol.
I used to do that too! Can't stop myself from cheating and losing form though lol. I do my DB curls at the same time too because when I do them one at a time I feel like I use momentum. mindfck.jpeg★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

I have an S3. The larger screen is actually not that noticeable. I wish I would've waited for the galaxy note 2 because I want a bigger screen. My phone fits in any size pocket so far, shirts, jeans, jackets,etc... I like it the best so far and Lyndsey has an iphone 5, which I hate now that you cannot use previousIpod hookups like my Istereo, chargers, alarm clock setups, phone cases...Totally the only reason I like iphones because of how accessible, and then they go make the switch.

Juggernaut 2 - Week 1 - DL - 10s wave
DL-4 x 10 @250, 1 x 11 @250 (set 4 shown)
Front Squat-195 x 10@9, 185 x 10@9
Seated Good Mornings- 135 x 10@8, 135 x 10@8, 135 x 10@9
MISC
Yep, still fat and out of shape! Deadlifts were torture lol. The weight was easy, flying off the floor for the most part but the lungs suckkkkk. More GPP this saturday to work on that. I could have pulled more than 11 reps on the last set, but I wanted to save some love for front squat and I was already moving at a snails pace and running out of time so I kept the reps low.
I only got to 3 exercises today, but as time passes I'll be able to speed up the sets and rest time and get more done. Important stuff was finished anyway

Deads looked clean dude! I feel ya about your respiratory system tanking before your muscular system with higher rep deads or squats. The range of motion is so long and the amount of muscle you incorporate just drains you. Thats a big reason why I switched out my BBB work for sets of 7 and upped reps on my other, less demanding, accessory lifts.

LOL- He is so frigen insane. He wrote on FB that he put his body through trauma doing that haha. Shows that what I'm putting myself through is nothing and I need to step my game up.
LOL- He literally was doing 2x as much weight for 2x as many sets. I think I got a ways to go★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

I just finished reading "The Alchemist" - By Paulo Coelho. Great book. Very motivating, it really makes you look deep inside yourself and the world. It's only 170 pages and a very easy read. I highly recommend it to anyone.
My reading is done for the year. I finished 7 books which is alright. 2013 I'm going to shoot for 15-20. Now it's time to dig into the ACE books and get my personal training cert!★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★
