I didn't even "pull over", per se. I just drove into the parking lot at work and seriously didn't even notice a cop was on my tail until I opened my car door (to exit the car) and saw the police car in my side view mirror. I of course then closed the door and remained in the vehicle.

Lolz this. One of the msot annoying is the newbies who say "I searched, but I couldn't find anything that matched up to my issue exactly."
The variables they found were the other threads had a chest workout that included flat BB bench, incline DB bench and cable crossovers. Where as they only have access to DBs and no cable stack. Can they still have a good chest workout?!?!?
I neg them... every time.
I negged two just off of that no lower chest, grrrr thread. Both with slightly positive comments "Awesome." and "Fantastic". One repped or negged me back (it was a gray block) that said "Cheers". Made me .-

Thanks to Dom (or whoever) locked the FB vs. Split thread in the Exercises section. I'd originally posted it here, but it didn't belong and so I re-posted it over in WP. Should have had you lock it back then.
I only monitor the other one now.☠ By reading this post, you have agreed to my negative reputation terms of service.

Same here. I haven't been as quick to recently because I know people are bumping threads intentionally and then deleting their posts to make it look like someone else bumped them. But if you aren't smart enough to quote the guy that bumped you can't complain about my neg anyway.

As n00b, bumping an old thread to ask for clarification on an issue is far less terrifying than making a new thread and getting tons of "use the search n00b!" comments.

And now we have ZoranM as the only modern poster in a thread from 2001, in which Zoran has quoted the OP.
Seriously...WTF

Strong locking of threads in exercise section today.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

i dont know TBH. that thread about the exercises with more risk of injury just had alot of dumb information in it like "power cleans and upright rows kill you" so i closed it
Edit: the other one i closed was more about bumping the thread than it was about the original topicYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Mods tend to have the say so in the section as long as they aren't doing anythign crazy. If it becomes a problem (and the admins start getting complaints) then they'll talk to the mods.
I don't know for sure, merely going off of my experience as a mod on Bf.c. But Mods tend to get to run "their" section as they see fit. The admins are happy that they don't have to deal with it and there is order.-
