but still stay full? Like heres how my meals consist
breakfast 20 almonds/egg whites
Lunch half of chicken breast salad
dinner other half of a chicken breast/salad
this is all I eat mostly every day but I manage to stay full I weigh 260 weighed 410 in august of 09, still on my diet to reach 175. height 5`9.
Is it bad I eat this little but still stay full?

Im guessing your BMR (what you need for your organs to work sleepig in bed all day) is twice that.

Your body eventually adjusts to what its given, and right now, judging by the amount of weight you've lost in the time you've lost it, you must've been crash dieting the whole way. Your metabolism is f*cked, I suggest seeing a professional on how to get this back on track.Mortality isn't an issue if you're indestructible.
