    what happens if you eat barely or below 1000 calories a day

    but still stay full? Like heres how my meals consist

    breakfast 20 almonds/egg whites
    Lunch half of chicken breast salad
    dinner other half of a chicken breast/salad

    this is all I eat mostly every day but I manage to stay full I weigh 260 weighed 410 in august of 09, still on my diet to reach 175. height 5`9.

    Is it bad I eat this little but still stay full?

    If you're not hungry i dont see much that you can do. I have a hard time with 1500 calories and i'm 144, but if theres nothing more you can do I suppose you should snag some vitamines?

    makes sense... i think your body probably eating itself apart since you are loosing all tat weight so so little things to feed
