I have been bulking for about 7 months now pushing 8 and just found an old pic, I think I made pretty good progress I'm up about 23 pounds and have gained a good amount of mass so far... I think im going to keep bulking as clean as possible for a while still. At the start I wasn't really training to get big but decided I wanted a change so started bulking and lifting hard. I didnt really know much at all my first couple years lifting so I didnt do much free weights. Times have changed. any suggestions? or comments? cheers!

I don't really count my calls or anything like that but if I were to guess I would say around 3000+ per day. I'm not really sure my surplus either, I'm just starting to learn more and more about this stuff. I really just tried to east as much and as healthy as possible. Creatine, Protein, + BCAA.

Diet is pretty good, I live at college and don't have access to a stove all week so I prepare in bulk when I go home on weekends. The also made us spend like 2500$ on a meal card which is a rip off. Only healthy places to chose from are Booster Juice and Mr. Sub lol. Although a grilled chicken sub with double meat = 80G of protein lol, so its not a bad option when I run out of my food.
