Question What muscles do power cleans work?

Also what would a good power clean be for a 15 year old? I'm curious to see if I lack strength in this exercise. I'm 5'11 about 173lbs around 10% BF

From my experience power cleans are really a good full body exercise its more of a cross fit type workout I would do it on a miscellaneous day to switch up work outs with or incorporate it on a leg or back day

    ALL of them!

Power Cleans work just about everything!

In this total body exercise you will most likely "feel" it in your weakest links.

Actually it mostly works your legs because thats what you explode up with and are lifting the weight with, also trapz. A good power clean for you i would say body weight or more, i weigh 175 and power clean 185.
