    Jack3d Review

Ok. So I was going through the vitamin shoppe website looking for a new preworkout supplement and came across USP Jack3d. Now I have taken NO-xplode, white flood and NO-shotgun before and have liked each one very much. I figured why not and picked myself up some Jack3d today especially since it was on 30$ and im always up for something new. I put 2 1/2 scoops in (says anywhere between 1 and 3)... Taste is fine and im starting to feel a little tingly and im not even done with my glass of it. Seems like a good sign and hopefully I get good results for tonights workout.. I will continue to post as the days go on

    Thumbs up

Been using Jack3d for 3 weeks now. It is awesome. Squats, Bench, Curls all went threw the roof. And best is, Not One Stomach?Bathroom issue at gym or after like all the other supps. Just wish it had just alittle more creatine, the the 1.5 a scoop. Great product though.

Great product and sick energy! First time I tried the old version I had a really strange experience. But it's all good now and I hope to get the new version soon.

The bottom line is obvious. Learn your disciplines. Learn all the vocabulary. Know the published literature. But always be open to an unexpected source of information that just might enrich your understanding of why something does what it does. There are many Shamans (;-) scattered around the world. Arlight so last night was the first night and I wont lie, my workout was awesome. Very intense all throughout (Back/Bi's) and I may even lower how much I take tonight since I may have had too much energy. I did go up in a few areas but nothing real big but I am impressed I did in my first workout on it. If I could relate it to any other pre-workout I have taken it would be Controlled Labs White Flood. Felt tingles through my whole body in the few sets which i didn't mind but all in all the first night was great.... We'll see if this continues to work as well as it did last night. I will also post gains as the workouts progress

Is the new version different from the old i know the spelling is different but i didnt know if they recreated the product. I have tried the old version which is called Jacked not Jack3d, and if it is a different product i may try it.

Jack3d is a very good pre-workout product that gives you some intense focus and energy along with some good pumps.
No-Xplode didn't do much for me at all.
SuperPump250 was very good with the pumps but didn't give me the buzz that the Jack3d gives.

Ive gone through the above listed preworkouts. I would give jack3d a pretty large edge over the two listed above. The only thing I would say competes is White Flood. You wont get the random shts in the middle or at the end of your workout. For whatever reason, this last tube of NO-Xplode was giving me the dumpers right as I was rolling into the gym parking lot. Oh well.
No longer an issue. jack3d is the real deal. its 20 somthing bucks. can you even go wrong?

Does anyone know how much creatine monohydrate it's got in it? Im kind of scared to take it though, on this one website I read it has ingredients similar to meth in it but since no ones had any sides, Im sure its a solid product.

Ok what one website is that? Just want to see where they are getting that from. Curiousity. Its basically the active ingredients of similar products without all the other garbage. But hey, I'm down to see what others are saying, especially about the meth thing.

    http://www.staleytraining.com/store/...usp/jacked.htm

go about half way down than find where it says USPlabs Jacked- FORMULA BREAKDOWN in big RED letters. Basically it says the ingridients are as powerful as amphetamine and make you even more focused.

I was also wondering how much creatine is in lets say 2-3 scoops of jack3d. I currently just started a tub of green mag and want to tryout jack3d but dont want to overdo it with the creatine.

I myself have only been working out hard for a week and a half and started taking jack3d about 3 days ago. My brother in law has been taking jack3d for about a week now himself and doesnt get this extreme burst of energy that people are talking about. I myself the first time trying it at 2 scoops had a crack-like burst of energy but since that first day it hasnt happened again. Maybe coincidence. But it does seem like im able to put up reps easier and stay on a bench or machine longer than in the past so maybe it is working for me. Either way im going to continue taking it until I run out and cycle off of it and see if it was making a difference.

I read somewhere that shaking the powder while its still in the container is important before mixing it water. Why would it matter if its a powder?

Any Powder mix should be shaken before use to redistribute ingredients uniformly.

This is what a lot of people do not do ^^^. To get the best out of any powder and get the correct amount of ingredients per scoops is to shake the tub everytime you use it. This not only mixes the product again, as some of the ingredients settle, but if not done then you can be left with a lot of one ingredient (such as stims) at the last few scoops and can give different feelings from the rest of the tub. Some can feel ill or strange from this and will complain that the product isn't good, when really all they have to do is shake the tub each time they use it.....

That is GREAT to hear, because a lot of the other products give me the ****s, and by the time they are over, I'm pretty sure all the effects of the product have worn out anyways.
