I don't know you nor do i know your exercise past or history but from what i read it sounds like you need to take a few days/week off. You said you were lacking motivation which is a sign of overtraining. Don't think about it so hard, just rest your mind and body.
I personally don't take any more time off than 2 days a week. I think in the past year i have only taken off 3 days max. I love to train and hit everything hard in 5 days and have the weekend to rest, recover and grow. Everyone is different but my advice would be to take a little break."Eat food, drink food, train hard...Repeat Often!!!"

I snuck in a got 4 samples at the Arnold with my g/fs help + Marc liked the way I felt his glutes so he didnt mind (no homo) and theywere rock solid so maybe some
Here is my quake review a few days after the arnold. I loved it during every session I used it and hit MASSIVE PR's everytime.

I take 2 days a week too... the weekend. This weekend I slept through an oprea and then couldn't stand up for ten minutes afterwards LOL. Derek doesn't think I need time off. Given today's workout which was a rare fluke (aka AWESOME!) maybe he's right.
By the way, tried some Chocolate Solution 5 on top of oats, it really IS an awesome meal!
I know it's by diabetic exchange, but do you count 1 carb serving for 3 scoops Sol5? I may have goofed up overeating ftw in this case maybe?

Hey marc
I ordered dialene 4x and quake. When should I take dialene ? Before I go intothe gym or right before I do cardio? I usually just take one in the morning and one and hour before the gym. I see on your logs that you take two pre cardio so I was wondering of I should take quake first, lift and then before cardio pop the dialenes. Marc, if Quake is the best pre-WO supp then what is VasoCharge for? Should I be using both or is Vaso being phased out? What does Quake offer that Vaso doesn't, and vis versa?

Just got to OH after hitting some stops on the way. To follow along, join my ******** fan page or twitter.
About to train then hit accounts until around 8pm. Left at 3am this morning.
That is my experience as well. I haven't had a less than epic session since we got it!
If cardio after lifting, take Quake 10.0 PreWO and skip the Dialene 4x around training and just take some other time throughout the day.

I have never had a bad tasting or off batch of any of the products. Vaso would chunk up on a few orders but again it made no difference. It does not affect its efficacy.
Very much looking forward to trying Quake tho.!
Great vid from the Arnold. Youre rear lat spread looked sick. Chest and Biceps
Short Term Bodybuilding Goal: Stay in photoshoot shape while maintaining photo-shoot, guest posing and video-shoot conditioning at all times while gaining lean mass.
Long Term Bodybuilding Goal: NO competing until 2012. Move up to heavyweight class and achieve a bodyweight of 250lbs at around 8-10 percent bodyfat (I am 5'7" tall).
Today I did Cardio. Was supposed to be off day, but I was feeling tight and had to move. Also hit some abs and calves since I am training calves daily for GROWTH--they suck!
