Im assuming ISO is better because it's more expensive, but is the only difference less carbs, more protein in ISO?

Whey Iso is faster acting than whey concentrate, also it has less lactose, fat, cholesterol, and usually carbohydrates. If you're looking for optimal recovery an isolate is your best bet or a 100% hydrolyzed protein.

Whey isolate IS whey protein. Whey concentrate is still good, the ratio of protein to the weight of the powder is just slightly less, so the scoop size may be bigger to because of that or their may be less protein per serving. It's generally cheaper though, so you can buy more of it for less. Don't worry too much about about how much isolate is in you whey and just go for something that tastes good and is cost effective. Myofusion, Dymatize, and XF Whey are very good tasting, have a good amino acid profile, and have lots of servings. I just ordered a sample of each flavor of Trutein last night and can't wait to try those as well.

I know, couldn't agree more. In many cases, and as long as you aren't lactose intolerant, a high quality whey concentrate (WPC 80) is much better than a whey isolate because it will include many of the micro-fractions and other things that have been stripped out of a low quality isolate. Whey isolate is unfortunately many times marketing hype and often not worth the extra cost.
