How much cardio should I do if i want to gain weight/muscle?

Im trying to gain weight but at the same time i want to lose all my stomach fat. Ive heard people say doing cardio makes it harder to gain muscle and you need to eat more calories if you do cardio and are trying to gain muscle, others say it doesnt matter. I go on a stationary bike everyday for 30 minutes after working out. So is that too much, fine or should i do more cardio? Im 5'6 and weigh 130 in case that matters.

If your primary goal is to gain weight/muscle.. Then it's fine to do a 30 minute cardio everyday IF they are low-intensity. Literally, like a walking/strolling pace.
    Don't over-exhaust yourself OP.

I would keep cardio to a minimum when bulking. You want to eat as much as you can and I would preserve those extra calories and carbs that would other wise be used to rebuild your muscles. IMO a mile or two a week is enough just to stay fit

You cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. (unless you're on AAS/beginner)

Pick a goal, bulk or cut.

    Cardio is simply preference.

That all depends on how much you're actually eating.

    This could mean anything.

It's obvious that you have no idea what you're talking and that you know little about what constitutes proper nutrition and training. Please read the stickies.

I do sprints 4x a week and 3 light cardio session a week when I was bulking, I will never understand why people say cardio ruins gains.
