    Unless u have u had a full stomach, It would be broken down and absorbed into the blood within 6 hours. Then 95% would be stored as energy in your skeletal muscles. A small percentage is also stored in your brain, why? I don't know

    I have it on an empty stomach, not full !!

    creatine timing.. good read!

    http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/bo...ad-271960.html which says, "It can take about 1 hour for the creatine to be absorbed into the bloodstream"

    seems to be hundreds of opinions on the subject
