Morning! OK so I apologize for late update. I work 3rd duty shift and working in Law Enforcement is not exactly something I can be late for. My training sessions usually are around 530-630 or so and I finish by 8 so I can run home eat and take a nap before 10:00 Shift Change.

Anyways so yesterday was my first day on. I used 2 scoops as directed and mixed with about 10oz of ice cold water.

Taste: 10/10 It had no funny taste not bad after taste and it was not overly sweet.
Mixability: 10/10 No reside was left in the bottle no weird floating stuff. It mixed extremely well.
Feeling: I felt good while training today. I felt energized and given my session and the length of it today I am surprised I did it as quickly as I did.

Today was a bit of hell. I am on strength/strongman programming and still do benchmark/WOD's for Crossfit following my lifting session.

Strength: Pick a weight that you can do all three lifts in unbroken for 5 reps. and then complete the following in under 15 minutes.

    5x5 Deadlift
    5x5 Front Squat
    5x5 Back Squat

I went with 335lbs. The Deadlift was going to be quick and easy. It was following them up with front squats that killed my legs. Finished at 13:48 This includes moving barbell fron ground to rack for squats.

WOD: 2000m Row. Every 250m get off the rower, complete 10 push ups with 40lbs vest on, and 10 70lbs one-arm Dumb Bell Snatches (No Vest on)

After the WOD I was smoked.

    Sorry late update.

Saturday was a solid training day. I took my 2 scoops 45minutes prior on an empty stomach. Going into Saturday I wasn't sure how much I would feel at an early morning Olympic lifting session. I felt a lot more blood flow and it showed.

    My session consisted of

Every minute on the minute complete

    1 squat clean
    1 hang squat clean
    1 split jerk
    1 overhead squat

Without dropping the bar. Complete 30 minutes and pick a weight that you can do consistently.
I picked 225lbs as doing 4 complex movements without dropping the bars was going to wear my grip out quick.

After this I ran 4x50 GHD sit ups and 4x25 of reverse hypers at 90lbs. Even after all the oly lifting work I still had a good amount of energy and concentration/ focus and was able to finish out strong.

Even though it is Sunday and I normally would not train I am going to be running into the gym to train with my coach for a little bit and get some strongman training in.

I am extremely happy with the small dosage amount. I dislike using huge heaping scoops of product a compact system that does its job is optimal for me and I feel like it makes a big difference in training so far.

gotta love the small serving sizes! I never liked supplements that involved heaving scoops of powders and chugging for minutes...

great workout man, quite a unique workout! I don't perform olympic movements often, but I definitely love them

    Day 4 of log:

Hey sorry for late reply. My work is having me transfer to Miami for two weeks. To assist in some work down there.

Ok so Monday afternoon I took two scoops with 12oz water. I must say it blends perfect. Like I have never had a supplement dissolve so well. So I took it about 30 minutes but not on an empty stomach. I had a few pieces of beef jerky and some almonds about 20minutes before.

I noticed training that I needed to really increase my water intake. I typically consume about 3/4 gallon of water while training. Today I was up to just over a gallon.

I did dead lifts today and between every set we did 2 ring muscle ups.

    Deadlift
    5x5 225
    4x4 315
    3x3 405
    2x2 495
    1 505
    1 515
    1 520
    1 535
    1 (attempt) 545

Following this I did some atlas stone loads.

206lbs as many reps as possible in 5 minutes

    I got 23 pulls completed.

    I was dying after this!

So taking it so far I have noticed a bigger amount of blood flow especially in my feet and legs with lifting and doing squats especially.

I have been making sure I take it on my off days. Oh one side affect, on my off day when I didn't lift I noticed a little tingly feeling on my face. Sort of like using tingle lotion when going tanning?

In some respects it is. While I compete in crossfit I still base my training on strongman and powerlifting. I am more focused on strength gains and not as focused on endurance and cardio. I still do stuff like rowing and running but it better be with a 40-60lbs vest on or with farmer carries. My coach is one of CrossFit HQ's certification coaches and she writes most of my programming. She qualified this year #1 in the regionals going to games and we follow almost identical programming.

Go up in weight for push presses between sets

    I did 115, 125, 135, 155, 165, 170, 185, 200, 210, 225 for push presses.
We were allowed to do Jerk, Strict press, push press, or split jerk.

I did push press until 200 and then rotated over to split jerks.

After that I did 3x10 incline dumb bell press at 70lbs per arm. 3x10 bent over row with barbell at 225

Oh and finished with 5x25 of GHD sit ups.

I found that at 12oz of issuer for me at least is the perfect taste. I mixed up at 45minutes before training. I find doing it more towards 45 minutes instead of 30 it makes a difference especially with days of heavy lifts. I still haven't felt any tingle other then taking it on my off days. I am feeling better with my endurance during lifting and in conjunction with my diet etc it seems to be doing exactly what I need it to do.

    Friday Day 8 Log

Today I had to make a short training session before I fly out for work.

    Backsquat
In 10 minutes find a heavy 3 and then
Every Minute on the Minute 3 back squats for 15 minutes
I worked to 335lbs and did that for the 15 minutes

Following this we did a bench mark WOD

    21/15/9
    Deadlift (245lbs)
    Handstand Pushups

For Time. I finished in 3:19
Which is not a bad time, not my best though.

I took two scoops when I got to my box I spent about 30 minutes letting it run through my system while I stretched and foam rolled my back and legs.

Strength today 8/10 I needed a better lunch this afternoon and I think that affected me
Pump 9.5/10 yeah this was definitely felt especially once I hit my first 21 handstand push-ups.
Taste/Mixability this is perfect for both definitely 10/10 I actually mixed with coconut water today to help with the heat wave in Seattle and keep myself hydrated.

I will update this evening I am in Florida right now for work and had to skip Saturday training but will be training this evening with some guys from my team.

    Sunday Day 10 Log.

Ok so I am down here in Florida, tomorrow we are leaving Miami and arriving in Key-West where I will be spending the next few weeks.

Today I felt really good. Having a few days apart of training did help.

We ate a big lunch and today it was a good thing we kept hydrated.

    We did a surf swim

20 minutes out, tread water for 20 minutes, swim back.

After returning to water we did a beach run
4 miles at 8:30 mile pace.

Once we got back to our Temporary Quarters we drove to a local crossfit affiliate and did some lifting.

    5x8 overhead squat @ 185lbs

    5 rounds for time
    20ft rope climb
    21 Kettlebell Swings @ 32KG
    3 Muscle Ups

Finished in 11:38 I was sweating so much having to chalk up a lot to reduce my hands from ripping apart.

I took my 2 scoops before my swim, I figured the swim I would be good at without go much hassle. I did notice that by time we started the WOD I felt a small decline in energy.

Strength 9/10 today I felt great. I wish I could have pulled 225lbs for my overhead squats but I will get it sooner or later for that many reps.
Pump 8/10 I didn't notice as much, I was a little less then optimal hydrated by time I started with squats and my WOD. Mostly my fault
Mixability/Taste 10/10 but do NOT take it after eating any type of chocolate flavored protein bars. Gives a weird funky taste in my mouth

Hey great log so far! I just took my first dose today and posted my log. Watermelon is amazing, it tastes like a jolly rancher. I didnt notice an initial increase in energy but seemed to have better endurance during my workout. It seems like you have been noticing similar effects. Looking forward to comparing our results!

I base a lot on my 3 rep max in my lifts. I focus primarily on sheer strength and over the last 9 months when I was training for crossfit games regionals I maintained a focus on "accessory work" things that are more centric to crossfit. I noticed with my goal of being stronger it aided in my power/speed in an actual crossfit WOD.

I have goal numbers for my major lifts and usually every 45 days I attempt new PRs

Ok guys day 11 of my log.

Monday I arrived down at Key West. I got checked into the CDQC and met with a buddy from my old group. We decided to start training off with swimming (we are about to be doing 6 weeks of aquatic hell)

8 x 50m swim using one single breath (can not break surface or touch pool ground) rest 2 minutes between each
    5 x 100m with ACU's and PT shoes.
10 minute water tread with uniform and "dummy" M4 carbine.

After this we stretched and relaxed for about 10 minutes.

My legs and shoulders were getting pretty nice and "warmed up"

    Following this came

Front Squats / Strict Ring Dips / Strict Pull Ups WOD

2x10 warm up front squats at 95lbs

    Then came

    5x5 185lbs Squats & Ring Dips & Pull Ups
    4x4 225lbs
    3x3 275lbs
    2x2 315lbs
    1 335lbs

I took my scoops this morning about 45 minute prior to my swim. I took it with about a gallon of water, hydrating is key right now for me given the weather change etc.

Strength 9/10 getting acclimated to the weather will take a few days so I hope I get strength up to perfect feeling
Pump 10/10 today doing ring dips it was a great pump day!
Taste Mixability 10/10 chugged it nice and quick looking forward to seeing my RTD come into play tomorrow!
