I post it here alot, but I finally hit 17 inches. And they stay 17 inches now, not just post workout...
I measured my forearms as well, came in at a clean 13 inches. I don't know if these are good measurements or not, but I am happy considering last month my arms were 16.5 inches...
My goal, to hit 18 in a year. Is that possible??? I would like to hit 20 within 3...
I couldnt get a shot with a tape BTW, I can't seam to hold everything ay the same time. Of course, I am not lying. I think if I was throwing at you some estats, I would say 17.5, 18, lol... Anyways, heres the pics...
Keep in mind, I am damn near 6'5" (Profile says 6'4 but lately I have been coming close to 6'5", damn growth spurts, should be my last one...) So anyway, my arms are long as hell. So it is tough filling them out...

get a pic with the tape. A good tool to get in helping measure is Myo tape

I've got it and it saves a lot of frustration haha

Forearms are just one of those "WTF" muscle groups. You either genetically have forearm size or you do not. Luckily when I cut down, excellent vascularity genes run in the family.

Hmm, yeah... Nothing like a little ferry telling a 243 lbs football player that he has fatceps... My arms are all hard kid, just not cut. I play offensive line and personally I prefer my 18%ish BF when I am the smallest lineman on the team going against guys that are over 300 lbs... And, my gut does not hang over my waiste... And my chest sticks out further then my gut. So in my mind, I consider myself a big mother fu(ker. And I look forward to growing up to 270ish and I look forward to more fatcep jokes from 14 and 17 year old bitches.
Anyway, thanks to the good compliments, they mean alot. I am looking forward to hitting 18 and then 20 one day... Juice free so far, maybe one day, I don't know...
As far as a cut goes. I am deploying to the desert in September of 07 so I am going to just keep eating the way I do now (High Protein, 2800 cals a day'ish) and then cut from September to January of 08 when I come home...Professional Wrestler

Yeah, thats what sucks about being so tall... I mean in person people tell me I am huge at 243, I just need to work on my delts a bit... But it sucks when I am sitting there lifting some heavy ass weights a someone shorter then me by a foot is struggling with something lighter, yet they appear to be much more muscular... It sucks, lol

Hey man, good job. I just wanted to touch on something you said. You stated that you are eating about 2800 cals a day. If you want to get bigger and build muscle, you are going to have to eat a lot more than that. Your calories right now put you at a serious defecit just for resting all day with no workout. I myself am 6'3" 240 with 17" arms (want at least 20's) and I was eating around 2500 calories a day, very clean cals too. I hit a brick wall with putting on any size and even stopped losing fat. I realized then that I was eating too little for my size. I felt like I had hit a catabolic state. I upped my cals to around 4000 clean cals a day, and within the three weeks that I have been doing so, I feel great all day, my workouts have improved dramatically (weight wise) my endurance couldnt be better, my fat dropped 2% (using the dunk tank we have here on base, done by a professional). If you want the bigger arms you gotta eat for big arms. Also don't just concentrate on your arms (I am sure you already know all of this) rather hit a bull body punishing and then do just a little more on the body parts you want to improve more than others. Just throwing out what I have learned in the past couple months. I hope you reach and exceed your goals you have set.

Did I ever say I was ripped? I am thick, this i know... I don't want to be ripped. I have no use to be ripped. I am a lineman, not a competitive bodybuilder. Keep your negative comments to yourself... I see why you are in the red.

Listen i hate to be a dick but after hearing your reply about how your a big football player is halrious. your arms have absoulty no deffintion what so ever, i am not saying u got be cut but if your gonna have that little defnition u got be like 21inches to be inpressive. and if youre going to be 17 icnes whitch is a good size if your cut but u gotta be cut for that mesurment to be inpressive. I have 18.5 inch arms and i only weigh 180, and im so tired of every fattass whos got a 100 pounds of fat on me who just barley squeezes out a 19 inch arm thinking there bigger then me its stupid. When i bulk up to 205 i feel so fat and my arms go to almost 20 but i don't consider that fair cause its fat and yet my arms are much more cut at that weight then the pic u put up i would have to weigh 260 just to get my arms that undefined but then theyd be like 23 inches. If you cut down your arms would be no bigger then 15 if youre lucky.

Damn strong bump!!! Back then I admit I was begining and I probably shouldn't have posted this...
I have since "retired" from football and my arms sit cold at 17.5" and my forearms are about 13.5"...
Here's an updated pic, about 2 months old... I've dropped my BF more since this pic and put slightly more size on my arms...
I'm pretty much done with pictures now anyway... They don't do someone my size, with my height, justice unless I'm shown with others... I get plenty of comments at work from people wanting gym and supplement advice and complimenting me on my progress that I don't really need the reassurance from anyone online anymore...
Current Stats....
6'4"
236 Lbs
17.5" arms
36" waist (39 inches in the pics posted in this thread 2 years ago!)
16" Calves (My new target bodypart)
And I've started doing ab workouts now and I plan on cutting down hardcore this summer while deployed.Professional Wrestler
