I currently have the four pack going on and want to turn it into a six pack. I have the abs just need to lose a little stomach fat. However, im pretty plateaud on all my strength lifts and dont want to be stuck or go down by cutting calories. I currently workout 6 days a week and do abs 2-3 times a week for 6 sets and never do cardio. Whats the best way to lose the extra fat without losing muscle mass?
Also, I'm in college and live in the dorms so its pretty hard to alter my diet as I don't have a kitchen to make my own food. And I eat pretty good otherwise (high protein, complex carbs).

Great tips to lose stomach fat
Here are great tips to lose stomach fat: Get rid of the habit of eating junk foods which essentially just loads your body with high sugar content. As most of junk food consists of lots of refined sugars, your blood sugar level will be raised when eaten quickly. That leads to reduction in fat burning and increase in appetite. Eat all-natural or organic pistachios with low or no salt to substitute for junk snack. Pistachios are rich in fibre controlling blood sugar, that is perfect for a lean body! Eat organic whole eggs including egg yolks as well because egg yolks helps to control your appetite, balance fat-burning hormones and help you burn body fat!

No. /facepalm
Spot reduction is impossible and those two foods are bad choices as a cutting food. Nuts and dry fruit are calorie dense and will provide you no satisfaction with respect to controlling hunger. Egg yolks are 60 calories each with only 2g protein and about 5.5g fat. Not that there's anything wrong with eating fat and I eat an egg yolk or two a day, but the ratio is out of whack 5.5g fat/50cal to every 2g protein/8cal. Eggs can get out of hand very easily.
You sound like you're getting paid by a company that makes eggs and pistachios.Some people just don't want to hear the simplicity of it all, because then there's no excuse when they fail.

2. eat at a caloric deficit
3. eat a high-protein diet
you will get absSquat: 147bs --> 160lbs (Goal: 240lbs)

I agree with GreyArea. Lifting will be important not to lose muscle. Keep a good mindset though, I think with the caloric deficit you may be highly tempted to eat as your body will want more calories with the heavier lifting demands. I would add that I like doing plank exercises for abs. They may not be "cool" but they give a good burn if done correctly and long enough.
