I always see these threads where people are talking about natural limits and genetic limits.
They're much higher than you think.
I am currently a high BF 220 and recomping. I can easily put on a lot of muscle just by changing up my routine and diet. Then cutting out carbs and fats to shred up.
Post ITT and I'll tell you your genetic limit srs.

no offense man but if you think in order to get shredded you need to cut out carbs and fats... then I wouldnt be taking advice from you. Plus its not possible to tell someone there genetic potential without knowing factors you would never no, like their parents, years of lifting, insetrtion points... Threadisdumb/10

I mean you can loose weight by cutting carbs, but thats more because naturally you will be in a big deficit cutting out carbs. In order to cut optimaly and maintain muscle which is what i think you would want to do... then cutting out carbs is not a good idea

5'10. You can get a solid 200lbs @8-10%. Maybe more, depends which supplements/fish oil etc you are buying. Like pre-workouts and stuff.
5'8 185lbs shredded easily within 3-4 years. Maybe more

Hockey, you said "loose" rather than "lose" so everything you said has been discredited. Please, almighty OneMA, tell me my natty limit. I am N4L so this information will be very helpful to me.
I am 207, squat 425x6, bench 225x10 and max around 280, deadlift close to 500. I don't eat carbs or fat because I am a bodybuilder not a powerlifter and I train 3 times a day (P/P/L)

no i am challenging him to find a study that says cutting carbs out is optimal for cutting... it does cause a spike but this has minimal contribute to overall fat loss.

Well his rep power is significantly higher than yours, so doesn't that mean he is more knowledgeable than you? Isn't that the idea of the rep system?

Lol yea and the biggest guy in the gym in right because hes the biggest... I'm just saying what the truth is I really dont care if you believe me. Name one bodybuilder that cuts out carbs completely. First off anyone who thinks this guy can guess there natural potential based off the information they are giving needs to realize this is impossible.

5'10 225lbs @8% imo. Maybe more if you make use of beta alanine/amino's etc. Also casein protein for nighttime
Obviously, hence why he's the biggest in the gym.
And I can, I've done it before. I know what I'm doing
6'
You can easily hit a solid 225lbs lean imho. Good supplementation and BCAAs (to prevent catabolism) will help you along the waySponsored by SpartanSupps
