lol, it's actually not terribly hard after you've 'broken the barrier'. After a couple weeks the desire to goes away. It's like if you've ever been addicted to nicotine or coffee and then decided to stop. After a while you no longer feel the need to, but it was very difficult to quit at first. My libido is still up, I just don't feel the need to masturbate.

Before stopping my test levels were slightly above normal. Might get those checked here this summer when I go in for a physical (not sure how many times a year test level blood work is covered by insurance)

I wouldn't care TOO much, but I would keep an eye on him - If his libido changes or he has other issues (bladder problems, ED, drive changes dramatically, sudden increase in blemishes/zits) then you may want to get him to a doctor for some tests.

Yeah, it sucks the first few days. After that it goes away. The total time I have not fapping, keeps me from fapping. Not gunna restart soon to be 4 months of no fap lol

Hey, good on you. Even as a female I believe it has some impact, even if it's only a marginal one. I went through that site, and generally lurk in most of the no fap threads posted in the misc. Female research isn't out there (or at least I'm not aware), but it does do something to my brain and also my body. There is something to it. So I support no-fap challenges, as I'm also looking for alternatives. Best to you man!

That's pretty crazy! Yeah best to luck to ya too. I honestly didn't think I would go this far, the fact that I haven't fapped for so long is weird to think about. It's all about dopamine releases in the brain.
