Very new to this forum i have a really newbie questions but i have to learn some how so I'm going to ask. Up until maybe 3 days ago i could eat any meal plain no seasonings no sauces no nothing. Lately its becoming unbearable so for my chicken / rice meal I've been putting yellow mustard and hot sauce and mixing it all together. I'm not following the 1 tsp that it recommends on the back I'm putting a fair amount on. Question is this OK or will it hinder any Gaines or cause fat gain ? Like i said before i know this may sound dumb but i trying to get this diet to a T. Thanks
