I've seen (and been doing) 2 variations of the dumbbell chest press.
My question is what's the difference and which form is "better"???

One would mainly hit the chest in the pectoral major area if you push up like a barbell grip.
If you go neutral, it will hit alot of pectoral minor (without pushing dumbbells towards each other). If you supinate your movement, you will actually perform more of a fly, since that mainly hits the triceps and the pectoral minor than the major.
