They allow for pools of syrup, so one side of the waffle stays crispy and you get a good dose of syrup. Pancake just get mushy if you put an appropriate amount of syrup on them.

Breyer's Blasts are great for the caloric load. Edy's has some great flavors(favorite cookie dough). Blue Bell.

No way blue bell is better. Also if you factor in the serving size differences the cals really aren't much different. Typically BJ is ~100g/serving and other brands are ~73

Except you are generally getting the same amount of ice cream. BJs just has the add-ins which make it heavier. Also, the Blue Bell flavors I've tried have been much purer ice cream than BJs. I think they sacrifice ice cream quality to just put in a bunch of add-ins. It's good every once in a while, but I'd prefer some good quality ice cream and I can add in crap if I want.

I could take or leave Pop Tarts honestly. The only time I eat them is during meets.

Besides, who gives a fuk about cals? We're talking about how good it tastes, not how easy it is to fit in your macros.
