Was nice to see justice served. Some people were far to arrogant (I know pot/kettle) and needed a beat down.

I think the purpose of this thread is to just kinda say "something".
So, here's my contribution. I spent Friday painting about 300 square feet of my decking. It was roll four boards, then on my knees to brush between, then back to the roller and on and on etc. It was sunny, hot and the up and down system was quite tiring. I finished the second coat on Saturday with the help of my wife, who was able to do all the between the boards thing for me. So, by Sunday nite, I'm tired, sore and the proud owner of a pretty nice looking deck again.
The down side is having the mind of a 25 year old and the 64 year old body that is holding it. But I will hit the gym tomorrow like nothing happened.

Snappers are welcome here, non-snappers, NEXTers, **steve***sters, -=FLEX=-ers, whomever. Just hoping folks can kick back, chat a bit, and enjoy the day. I remember watching it back when they had a rotation of about 10 vids. Watched the hell out of that channel. But there are a lot of vids I seem to have missed, or else the dementia is finally catching up with me!

Is this where I can talk about beer, bacon and hockey?
If so.... I have a good story. We were away this weekend, so I missed my son's hockey game. When we got home I asked him how it went.
"Well, we won the game, but I got kicked out." What the heckle? My Liam, although massive in size, is a gentlemanly player. He said one player on the opposing team was pushing and shoving Liam''s teammates. So Liam, Defenceman, went over and took the guy down. Liam was ejected from the game. At that point, Liam's team was down 6-2, as his teammates were playing a little sleepily. After Liam's move (middle of the 2nd), they all woke up and came back to win it 12-7! Woo-hoo! Proud mamma says her boy did right!
I asked if the coach was mad, and Liam said "No, he said I was the Turning Point in the game, but he did say that next time I should wait till the third." lol!
Anyways, glad I have somewhere to post about minor hockey.
And, shall I post here about beer and bacon too? They are my other fave topics of discussion. No drama: You know where we are.
